Maybe Things Are Finally Starting To Look Up

HOOOOOOOOORAY. IVE FINALLY MADE IT UP TO 500 CALORIES, INFACT I HAD 554! AND 81 PROTEIN. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH GETTING PROTEIN IN BUT NEVER HAD TO MANY CALORIES FOR THE DAY WHICH CANT BE GOOD.

AND FOOD WENT IN VERY WELL TODAY. I EVEN TRIED NEW THINGS:

I TRIED ONE MEATBALL WITH TOMAOT SAUCE FOR DINNER FOR THE FIRST TIME.
I TRIED 3 TRISCUITS FOR THE FIRST TIME ( I PUT TURKEY AND CHEESE ON THEM. IT WAS SOOO GOOD)
I ALSO TRIED TURKEY COLDCUTS FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY.

I WAS ABLE TO WALK 45 MIN THIS MORNING WITH NO PROBLEMS OR GETTING TIRED AND TO TOP IT OFF THIS EVENING I SPENT AN HOUR WALKING AND PULLING WEEDS FROM IN BETWEEN THE BRICK WORK IN MY DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAY, (helllllooooo my driveway is 100 ft long and the walk way in the front of the house is 50ft long and the walkway that leads from the driveway to the front of the house is about 25ft.) SO YOU WALK BEND PULL, WALK BEND PULL. LOL LOL TRUST ME THAT WAS A WORK OUT. IVE NEVER HAD THE ENERGY TO DO THAT BEFORE! WALKING IS EASIER THAN DOING THIS. I CANT BELIEVE I DID IT

. IM SO HAAPY

HOPEFULLY NEXT I WILL REPORT TO YOU GUYS THAT I LOST MORE WT. I THINK I DEF SHOULD HAVE SOMTHING TO REPORT THIS WK BECAUSE WHEN I WENT FOR DIALATION THE DOC GAVE ME ANTIBIOTICS AND HE TOLD ME THE SIDE AFFECT WOULD BE THE RUNS. WELL I HAD THE RUNS

AND WENT NOT 1 NOT 2 NOT 3 NOT 4 BUT 5 TIMES IN ONE DAY!!!. LOL I KNOW TMI. LOL

The Night Is Not Even Close To Being Over And Im Still Going To The Bathrm. Wow Talk About Side Affect. My Tummy Dont Hurt It Just Makes Loud Noises And Then Off To The Bathrm. Good Maybe Its Cleaning My Pounds Away. Lol

Good for you Boots. You certianly deserve it. ITs your time now to shine. You have been on here cheering the rest of us. Good for you for walking and pulling all those weeds. Glad the food is going down better and it looks like things are looking up for you girl. Im glad. You deserve it.

Edie I am so happy to hear you feel better. I have the same problem with the bathroom right now too but mines not from meds. My doc said as long as its not water I am fine so I guess no worries. Maybe thats why I have been losing so fast. I am pooping it all out
