Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Pre-op but I'm having an emotional moment! My hospital requires it's bariatric patents to lose 10-15lb prior to surgery. I've done a little better than that, but more importantly........drum roll please! .......... I am no longer Morbidly Obese! I got under BMI 40! Yeah! I'm still severely obese (Obese-Class II the hospital calls it), but that's OK. Baby steps!

Also, I have a small business making and selling traditionally made soap and the summer months are my busiest because of the tourists coming up to Mt.Rainier (WA). That's slowing up now that the kiddies are back at school. But, I have an appointment with the surgical doc. again next Tuesday (11th). This is to go over the details and set a date - schedule the pre-op testing etc. etc.

MY surgeon swears it reduces the complication risks....and it also gets the fatty liver out of the way to make for a safe lap surgery! KEEP up the great looseing. PRE OP weight loss is hard!!!!!
