Default Energy Question

I saw a few other posts on this -- I felt so good yesterday (my first day) back to work, came home and had to go back out to church -- so I made a mistake and ate too fast! Yep, got the dreaded foamies again. This is the third time and I'm really trying to figure out exactly what causes them. It coulda been the mashed potatos but I only had one spoonful when the twist hit the pouch and my esphagous. I had finished my little piece of tuna my husband had made for me which I've had before -- but I was absolutely miserable for over two hours. The last time it only lasted about an hour and I was okay the next day.

Today, I had to drag my tired butt everywhere. And to top it off, the pouch dude was not happy all day long -- I'd get a little bit down there and then it was like STOP! I am just going to go and sit and watch tv the rest of tonight and go to bed early -- but boy, I'm just so amazed by this little speedbump on my road! Do the foamies wear anyone else out like that?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Well Throwing Up Alone Probably Wore You Out.

You Probably Got Your Pouch Angry Cause You Ate Fast.

Hope You Feel Better Hun. I Know Its Easy To Forget And Then Eat Fast But Think Before You Eat Next Time
