Default I spoke to fast. Throwing Up again

DARN!!!! Threw up last 2 nights. Maybe it is just what I am eating. I made spaghetti Tues. nite and had to get rid of it. Last night I had shrimp and Vegetable chinese food. Just ate the shrimp, carrots and mushrooms. FIVE HRS later here it came. Oh my GOD. BUt I think some antibiotics I took may have made this happen but not sure. Plus this time I threw up so hard it burst blood vessels in my head behind my eye.

The thing is I have had an earache in both ears and getting little pimples in my ears. I have been on liquid 250 mg amoxil for 10 days now and it is not helping. Since I lose my food so often I am wondering if this is from a lack of nutrtion. Dr. just called and is giving me a stronger Rx.

Getting tired of not knowing what to eat. I mostly live on cheese. Anybody got any ideas? What are you all eating on a regular basis at about 3 months out? Mattie

Rather than talking over the phone, it might be best to be examined by your surgeon since this has been going on for some time now, not a day or two.
Can you keep your liquids down?
Anyway, it might be faster to get a scope done, than to change from one med to another.

also, i was told no pasta til 6 months. i snuck and had it and puked. i dont know if its for the same reasons as you but like doc says you should see your doc. let us know how it all turns out.

Also You Ate Shrimp And Veggies From The Chinese Rest. Unless They Steamed It Thats A No No! Also I Found I Dont Do Well With Shrimp.

took me a year and half to not puke chinese takeout.
NOT sure i tried and tried...(getting sick dont phase me)
and never ever stayed down no matter what i did on the menu.

I do better with it now.......but barely....
as for pasta...i didnt eat any the first year.
too many carbs and i just dont like the multi grain pasta.
USUALLY whiole the family did the pasta i just ate the meat sauce
with melted mozzerella on it!
that as my fav and a splash of lowfat riccotta cheese.

Thanks Guys. Ok no more pasta or shrimp for a long time. It was the whole grain pasta but still I will stay away from it. I will mention it to my surgeon on 9/25 for my 3 month appt. but I really don't think it is a stricture because I at grilled steak the other nite for the fist time slice really thin and only about 2 TBSP's and about 1 TBSP of mashed potates and 1 esparagus spear and it was no problem. Liquids are no problem either Doc. I feel better having discussed with you all. I was really down this morning. Thanks. Mattie

Even The Whole Grain Pasta Is High In Carbs And Sugar. When I Was Pregnant I Was Diabetic And My Nut Told Me To Try Whole Grain Pastas. Nope Did Not Work Out For Me It Made Me Sugar Levels Go Sky High!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was allowed pasta in week three and at 3 months out I was eating just about everything except sugar and really greasy food. I agree with Doc, contact your surgeon and get scoped. Take it from me, excessive throwing up is nothing to play around with.

i just thought that it might be a symptom of something else. you said you were takin antibiotics for something right?? maybe its related to that. stranger things have happend.
