ricotta cheese recipes that are yummy
and protein loaded!

foods? anything your in the mood for can goo!
we become picky eaters post op so be creative.
I know i didnt but many do oatmeal there are
lo sugar lower carb varities on the market these days.
JUST got to look.
I know further out when im less carb conscious
i do waffles with the sugar free syrup as a treat
ocasionally when the family is haveing such.

Thank you everyone for the breakfast suggestions. I am turning into a block of cheese. Eggs don't settle to well either. I have tried the low fat flavored oatmeal. It's not to bad. Also, Special K. It's only been 3 months since my surgery. Is banana's ok to eat now? HUGS Bonnie
