Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Just checking in Hi all, Just checking in; school started a week and a half ago and it's been tough to make time to get online. I am happy to tell you that everything has been going well with my program even with the major change in schedule. I have been doing really well packing my meals & snacks and sticking to my daily exercise routine. The inches are disappearing and so are the pounds. I am feeling more confident in my own skin and content to be me. When I get dressed in the morning for school, I'm happy with myself and the way I look. My greatest goal on this journey is to learn moderation; moderation in my food choices, moderation in exercise and to be happy with myself, now. I lost weight so many times before and always felt I/it wasn't good enough. I am going to be content/proud of myself now and be grateful for this amazing surgery and opportunity. Glad to read everyone's posts. Amy  PS: Kenya, as a music teacher and fellow musician, I'm thrilled you are enjoying your viola! That is wonderful! I love the picture of your daughter with the viola too and that you bought her a 3/4 size violin for Christmas!
