Default I don't feel full

Ok....1 month, 10 days out. I'm back at work, so I brought a lean cuisine with me to avoid going out to be bombarded by fast food.

It was a small meal; salisbury steak/mac & cheese. My nut says 3 bites of protein, 2 bites of veggies, 1 bite of carbs. I tend to make all of mine protein & veggies.

I ATE ALMOST THE WHOLE DANG THING, I DON'T FEEL FULL & THIS FEELS WRONG?!?!?!? I don't feel sick, but I don't really have that "full" feeling I've been getting when I've eaten since surgery. I also haven't lost any weight in a few days.

I'm an intelligent person. I've been watching calories, fat, sugars, carbs, & protein. I'm taking the vitamins, and my schedule now is eat 2 meals of protein, drink one. I haven't had ONE single thing they told me not to have. I've avoided carbonation, alcohol, sugar etc.

I know I've been sticking to the rules and have to remind myself I've lost nearly 40 pounds in one month....BUT OMG....there's this little voice in the back of my head going...."that's it, that's all you're going to lose."

Someone tell me I haven't completely lost my mind!!!!!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

sometimes we have those days..they just -are-

it's working, it's gonna keep working!..trust!

if you gotta, just stick to her amount of bites to have and don't take a looooong time or you will get more down. Get used to throwing away food..

hey I look at it as giving BACK to those food 'gods'!!

THANKS BREE!!!

I waited an hour and started sipping my water & now I feel full! I know what I ate was high in protein, and I'll drink my dinner protein. This means my calories, fat and proteins are in line. PLUS, my daughter and I plan to start an consistent exercise program this week....that should help a lot!

I appreciate your feedback!

Hey Kath......yes like Bree says there are days that you can eat more than others. Some days I stop and say, did I have surgery, seems like we are eating alot. But certianly not like before surgery. Other days I am so full that I can barely get in
my normal amount.

Hang in there. And just sip, sip and sip.

yeah thats the way this tool at times works.
ALWAYS depends on the item.
softer foods u can eat more...

i wouldnt stress it
just watch the sodium
on those type meals they might
cause water retention from sodium!
hugs

You are doing fantastic though! When else have you been able to say that you have lost 40 lbs in a month and not really feel it? Congrats! The only time I find that I feel as though I am hungry is right before lunch...I have to make myself eat breakfast and dinner. And it doesnt take long before I feel that lump telling me "ok, enough"!

I absolutely love those (rare) days when I can sit down and eat a full meal instead of a few bites. I feel great and have so much energy. I haven't gotten my band tightened because I can't imagine eating less than I do now. I say enjoy it!
