Ok guys...apparently, I jumped the gun. I have skidded to a complete stop at 39 pounds. The scales just aren't moving. I haven't gone off the plan, and I'm doing my protein, my vitamins etc. I haven't eaten ANYTHING I'm not supposed to. I'm limiting fat, sugars to 10 grams etc. What the heck am I doing wrong. I'm not gaining , but I don't think I've lost really anything to speak of in the last 2 weeks?!?!?!?!?!?!? On the flip side, I'm 6 weeks out and I've lost nearly 40 pounds. For this, I'M ECSTATIC. Am I freaking out over nothing? Am I obsessing? |

Ok...did some more reading....what is the 2 month dreaded stall, and why have ya'll kept this from me? LOL OH OH JOY....After I get over this, I should start losing my hair. I swear, this has been one adventure after another!!!! I know...I know...it's all good....my clothes are hanging on me, and I'm start my exercise program tomorrow at the gym....that should help. |
