Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Yes! I TOTALLY agree!!! It's very comforting here. We all have "been there and done that". It's GREAT to have so many "veterans" here, VERY helpful to have Doc Sanae here. It's just a very good place to be able to come to.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Before and After PostOp. Before I ate a lot of meatloaf...potatoes...mac 'n chz...etc. Then after I loved the Rotisserie...I'd split it with my hubby...b/c I can not eat left overs AT ALL.... I still have a bit of trouble with leftovers. I like the Rotisserie, green beans, mashed potatoes, and the week after surgery I ate the creamed spinach. (Even though, it's too high in fat/calories now for my menus.) Thank God Fast food isnt that easy to access here in NYC - it's easier to stop in a deli though, and you can make bad decisions there too.
