Anyone eaten there post-op? I have but I usually only get the rotisserie chicken. tonight i ventured outside of my box and got the roasted sirloin OMG! it was excellent! It comes in a 5 oz portion and an 8 oz potion. i got the 5 oz. it's two servings for me easily. i didnt even eat a side or any veggies or anything. STUFFED just eating half of the meat. I have no idea if it considered healthy. the fat looks high to me, but its been the only grainy beef i have eaten post of which sat right it was SO good. i just have to figure out a way to reheat the rest so that i dont ruin it!

I hope this link works. In case anyone else would like to know the nutritional info or would like to eat there...enjoy!

Award Winning Sirloin

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

That sounds good! I dont know about the reheating thing, as I tried that yesterday with some chicken and OMG, it hurt as soon as it hit, no matter how small a bite was. I just gave up after the second bite and went straight for the ever faithful Tuna! I cant wait for the time that I will be able to eat steak...I am going straight to Ruby Tuesdays or Longhorn. Maybe next month when we go out for our Anniversary!

I know I haven't had many problems thru this journey, and not problems with left overs. But when I re-heat my meat, I usually sprinkle some water on it, heat it on low, and make sure I cover it with some saran wrap or something. To try to keep the moisture in. Have you guys tried this? Probably so, but I just wanted to tell you that just in case you hadn't. Sometimes I feel so stinkin guilty because I just never have had problems with tolerating foods or other problems.

i would say i dont have a problem reheating as long as its in sauce or gravy. dry meats i really cant eat second day no matter what the cut, EXCEPT rotisserie chicken. i dont know how to change the setting on the microwave to low LMAO! but man i hope this meat held up over night. it was sooo good.i almost feel guilty thinking about it.

Boots, I DO feel so blessed to have such an easy journey, but I still feel guilty just because, for example....YOU! You're SUCH a sweet person, and REALLY trying to do all you can to be on track, and it seems like it always screws up!!! You know, just how you feel when your kids are sick, you wish you could take it away from them? Well, that's the way I feel sometimes with you guys here! My heart just breaks for you guys who have such problems. You know, it's like "family" here. And I just get sad for those of you who have problems. But, I am believing that God is going to step in, and make things good for ALL of you!!!!!
