Hey, I have a question, how much muscle mass do you lose, I mean places that weren't flabby are they flabby now? When did this start to happen{what month after wls}did you first start to notice it? Is there anything that you can do so this wont happen?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I think a lot of it is genetics, but i use a firming lotion on my tummy, upper arms, and thighs every night. I am trying to do all I can to avoid the TT. It will be interesting to see if it works. I even went for a body wrap. It is suppose to help with skin tone and elasticity.

Well, keeping your muscles toned starting pre op and keeping it up post op will help some. Not all. Also, the younger you are, the better it will be for you.
Anyhow, making exercise a habit is GOOD, so better than doing nothing, you know.
Good luck.

I do curves 3 X a week and walk at least 2X a week (5 miles during lunch hour). I did the curves prior to surgery and started it back a couple of weeks ago. I am hoping it will help me tone up some.
