Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I cannot remember the exact recipe, but you take a yogurt, a cup milk, and frozen fruit and mix in a blender for a great smoothie!

Have you gone through our Recipe section? It's a subforum in the Gastric Bypass Diet forum.
Shelley has a great homemade protein shake recipe, that should be good.

Yes the one Doc suggested. I came on here months ago and I have had this once a day every since. I love it. And the protien powder and the milk have a total of something like 28 or 38 grams of protien. I love Shellys protien shake.

Default Protein shake recipies

Here are links to some protein shake recipies (and other) I have come across. I don't know how good these are (yet).

The protein drink that is currently my favorite is:

2 scoops GNC's Wheybolic Extreme 60 - chocolate
12 oz 1% milk

This drink gives you 52 grams of protein. I also bought their blender bottle (it has a ball in it to mix) and it makes it nice and creamy!

I hope this helps!
