Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

benedryl..bad bad bad girl...not a good thing, it dehydrates you!

I have used melatonin for a long time for sleep issues and now for the shift change to 3rd shift I take excedrin PM and melatonin to go to sleep and I sleep hard and well. But I also do get regular liver profiles and got permission from my doc on the excedrin.

but! they also do have one without the excedrin bit called SIMPLY SLEEP and it's cheaper than benedryl too..2 tiny blue pills, one under the tongue of melatonin..and it's O U T for the time I need to sleep.

you are NOT the only one hon. Some start with the sleep issues earlier than others. Mine started at 1.5 yrs out if I remember right. It's been a hard one. I can go to sleep most of the time on my own, it's the staying asleep!

Well you see the Dr tomorrow and you need to let them know this. I agree with Bree in saying the Benedryl is not a good option. Talk with your Dr. Ok now smile!
