Angry I just thought I would vent!

I never lost my water weight from TOM so I am back up to 192 which makes me mad. I dont get it. SOme months right after TOM woooooosh and now we are back to re-gaining what i've already lost which pisses me off!
I think one of the things that is VERY frustrating about this for me is, there is no rhyme or reason. what works to jump start my loss one month, doent work the next. For most of us we have done diets that didnt work our entire lives. We have yo-yo'd for so long. Now, to have this surgery and have it "work" for the first month or two TEXT BOOK and then for it to go off on some wierd course is VERY discouraging (to me) I know i will lose it eventually, but I am concerned that this is the same pattern I was in pre-op. By that I mean, my weight bounces and then I dump a bunch. Then I gain and lose until I dump a bunch again. That can't be good. I'm literally yo-yoing again. And then what works to make me lose this month wont work next month. How do I establish good habits, if my results are not consistant? What lets me know that the habit is good and I should stick to it if it doesnt worth faithfully??

Sorry, just ranting. I'll stop now

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

hang in there your tool is working fine!
YOUR doing fantastic
relax and enjoy the journey!
TRY not to scale watch cause
it truly messes with the head alot.
I put on 8 to 10 lbs montly for TOM
and i have learned to steer clear of
the scale on a regular basis i did it the
first 12 months and it triggers some
pretty foul moods.
YOU have plenty of time
left in your honeymoon for looseing
and will make all ur weight loss goals.

Oh, yeah, best not to stress, but keep to the *program*. One of the reason you yo-yo'd with diets in the past is that when you regained, you'd think it's not working, get discouraged, and go back to your old eating pattern.
This time, even if your weight goes up and down, keep to your program. Protein first, water water water, then veggies and last carbs. Even if the weight does go up and down, it will eventually drop.
You have to keep in mind that this is NOT a *diet*, this is a TOOL.

As I keep saying, your will lose weight in humps and bumps. This time, learn to stick to the recommended eating pattern, regardless of how your weight moves. That's the key to success.

Kenya, look at it this way, before when you would yo-yo it would be 20 or 30 lbs and at one point you gave up and kept going up. Now it is a couple of lbs and you know it is coming back off and just for the fact that your pouch is so small you will never eat the amounts you did before.

Get off the scale and look at your pictures!!!

I agree, Kenya throw that scale in the garbage or have your daughter hide it on you. And yes like Jeanne says, look at your photos. The scale is messing with your head girl. Get rid of it. You look so good in your photos. I cant wait to look like you do. Your looking simply fabulous!!!!!!!!

I want to encourage, but I can't relate. I donated my uterus to science 7 years ago, and never looked back.

I will say....you look awesome and you are an inspiration to me. I'm not quite as tall as you are (I'm just under 5'8''), but I would LOVE to be in a size 10! Keep up the great work, stick to the plan, and the rest will take care of itself!
