| What to eat
Does anyone ever eat the Quaker Oats granola bars? They are 90 calories, and /or 25% less sugar. I am craving something like a candy bar and tried one and it literally saved me! I feel really guilty now though. I tried drinking more water, crystal etc. but it's not the same as chewing something gooey. Help!!!

No need to feel guilty, I'm sure you've been working hard till now. A treat once in a while is quite fine, so long as it doesn't become regular and often. It may even help you keep track, actually, by giving you releif and helping you renew your efforts to keep on track.

Quaker oatmeal..... that sounds delicious. What phase can I start to have that?
Anything sounds good right now while I'm on this liquid diet.

I eat protein "bars" all the time and most of them are horrible, except the granola. As a diabetic and someone who constantly experiences intense hunger, and someone who is very busy and on the go, they are convenient and help with low blood sugers in a pinch. Lorraine

"cafe con leche" I think the protein is from the "leche" (milk).
