Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

same thing happened with me on my 6 weeks!! I think that it has a lot to do with all of the water we are drinking and with the exercising, we are building muscle. Just give it some time to catch up,...I know, easier said than done!!

Yeah, it does happen sometimes. Alot of times it's due to "that time of the month" or if you've been eating high sodium content things. Just hang in there, you're doing a great job so far!!

Hang in there Princess -- it just may be his scale is a bit off too -- so just stick to the routine and before you know it; you'll be back down in the losing column again! In fact, heck -- you're doing better than me! I'm only down 40 pounds and we had our surgeries on the same day!

That was about the time I got stuck and went up and down the same three pounds for 4!!!! weeks!!!!! Ugh - the walking really seemed to help me, that and I finally figured out how to get my protein in. Everybody is different, even with your own body each day presents new challenges. You'll get it

So long as you are getting your protein and water in, you'll do fine.
Exercise is a big booster, so even if you aren't a fan of moving around, you'll have to get that started.
Dance around the house if you have to, dancing is as good an exercise as anything else.
