Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Last year we went on a cruise and there were 2 sisters that had WLS the year before. I could not believe what they ate and what they DRANK. THey were at our evening meal table. THey ate huge steaks and all the trimmings & desserts. And every time I saw them on the ship they were drinking beer and hard liquor. They were kind of small at the top but from waist down they were still very big. I'm thinking they have probably even gained more weight now. I am determined not to screw up like them. Mattie

There is a girl in the next office who had her surgery two years ago and is steadily gaining right now. We went to a going away luncheon and I couldn't beleive what she ate! Like you said Mattie, huge meat portions with all the trimmings and a giant chocolate eclair. I thought I was eating a lot but when I saw what she ate I felt much better about my eating. I am getting my carbs a little better under control and today I seem to be having a small eating day. My problem is the head hunger. I sit at a desk all day and just want to munch. I am not hungry if I stop and think about it but I want to eat. Got to get that under control but it should be better with the lower carbs.

I was diagnosed type two three years ago in may, I stopped drinking regular soda right away. I was chugging tons of the stuff I was so thirsty and didn't know why at the time..I don't think I could ever go back to non diet soda. It is so sweet to me now I just can't even swallow it.

Alas I am a caffeine free drinker as well. I do drink diet pepsi but it has been caffeine free for about two years. I was having problems with my blood pressure so I had to stop. At least I wont have to go through caffeine withdrawal. Been there done that..
