Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I will be honest, the fluids have been an issue since the beginning, I spoke to my dr and he just says drink as much as you can, I try but honestly I feel as though I am fighting to get them in i average only about 24-32 oz a day and that is the best i can do, I feel like i cannot eat if i try any more, and eating it is about an hour after that i feel so terribly exhausted. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I think dehydration can cause fatigue and also if you are eating carbs with your meal. I know Kenya cant eat carbs or it knocks her out. Doc I am sure will verify if dehydration is the culprit. I had a friend who said she kept a medicine cup at her desk and every 5 minutes would drink 1 ounce of water. She said she even set a timer to help her remember, maybe that will work? |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | hmmm. describe your day with your eating and drinking. it might be easier for us to see what it is that way. the first thing that comes to mind is fluids and the possibility that you are just not getting enough. the second thing that comes to mind is how your meals are spaced out. how far apart are your meals? |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I usually eat something small like a little bit of yogurt or cheese around 7-8am, then lunch has been around 12:30pm, then like clockwork around 1:30 i feel like i'm gonna fall out, i usually eat small salads with just lettuce a little cheese and a tiny bit of chicken or just 2 slices of turkey lunchmeat and a little cheese. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | ok. i am not a dr and dont claim to know it all by any means. i was literally faling asleep by 2 doing a similar routine. i started eating every two hours and that tiredness went away. i think because we eat so little, the meals need to be closer together. worked for me....just a thought. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I Agree With Kenya On This!!! Also When You Eat Do You Measure How Much You Eat. Because You Said In The Morning You Eat A Little Bit Of Cheese Or Yogurt, But How Much Hun? You Must Measure Everything You Eat So You Know How Much Protein You Are Taking In. I Also Had A Prob Drinking Early Out But It Will Get Easier Each Day, But You Must Drink!!! Sooooo Important!!!! And You Must Eat More Often Like Ever 2-3 Hours This Early Out. |
