Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

you're fine. you probably hit your first stall. dont be alarmed lol! it will star up again. the achy pain on the left with come and go the first month or so. if it gets unbareable call your dr. you gotta give your body time to heal.

Yes I Agree With Kenya. I Also Hit Like A 3 Or 4 Wk Stall Early Out And Also Wondered Is This Not Going To Work For Me? Hun If You Have Someone At Home That Can Help You With Kids Then Do So!!! Because Even A Month Out I Felt The Same Way As You So I Just Made My Dh Lift My Daughter Who Is 16 Months And 19lbs. I Would Change Her And Stuff But I Wouldnt Lift Her Or Especially Bring Her Down Or Up The Stairs.

Take one day at a time, but if you feel really bad, call your dr
As for the stall, yes it will happen, but it will start moving again.
Don't obsess with the scale, your clothes size should be shrinking now.

I feel the same way you do. I had my surgery 1 day before you and it seemed like i lost alot of weight all at one time and now i think i have lost like 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I still dont really know how much to eat, i feel like sometimes im eating to much and then not enough. I still have to eat mushy food and i am so sick of it i dont want to eat anymore.

You know I think every single one of us here on these boards have written pretty much the same post as you and right about the same time frame as you too. This is all normal, and like the ladies said give your body time to heal a month out is still not enough time to heal after MAJOR surgery. Hang in there it does get batter

Exactly as Becka said! Its a vicious cycle that each one of us has to endure! Once you start back up, you are going to stall again. Just keep taking the pics and comparing and try on old outfits to see if they still fit. I bet you will see then.

these moments are hard.
THEY mess with your head
and as in the past u feel ur
gonna fail. As long as ur eating
with pouch rules in mind and breaking
old habits you will be a success.

WHEN the scale freezes usually
the visual inches and sizes are chageing.
UR buddy is adjusting to the major change
it has under gone relax
all is normal
