Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  MY first cold, I feel like poo  well i have afficialy got my first cold with all the fixens runny noise, sinuse head pain, sore throught its just the pits  I called out of work agen today. there going to think im makeing all my problems up but it has been literaly one thing after another. all week i had this dull sore throught then yesterday i was out side all day and i think that what brought everything out. I went to the store and bought sugar free throught drops, and tylonal sinuse head medicin so hopefuly that will make me feel a bit better. im cooking up a big pot of chicken soup. i figure i can drink the broth then if i want the veggies and chicken its there.
