Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  MY second NUT visit I was worried today about my Nut visit. I had gained three pounds from being laid up and have been trying to get that off. But since I don't have a scale that reads accurate over 300 I just went by the seat of my pants so to speak. They felt bigger so I just hoped. Well I was 315 at the beginning of September and I weighed in at 305 today.. Now granted I didn't eat or drink much before I went and kept my diet light yesterday..lol but it is still a loss and that just made my day.. woo hoo.. I may be able to use my scale again before my surgery at this rate..  And that actually only leaves me eleven to lose before my surgery. I had to lose 18 but then I gained that three.. Now I lost that three plus a few more..So I am going to keep chugging.. And you girls are such a big help .. you are just a great bunch and I am so glad I found you guys..
