I DID SOMTHING I SHOULDNT OF. I HAVENT REALLY MESSED UP ON EATING GOOD THINGS TILL TONIGHT

!!! SOMTHING HAPPENED THAT GOT ME SO MAD TONIGHT (then again it wasnt so bad i think it was more i just got into a bad mood and made more out of the situation than there really was) SO I FELT THE URGE TO BINGE LIKE I USED TO. BUT I DIDNT. BUT WHAT I DID DO THAT WAS BAD WAS TONIGHT WE HAD FLOUNDER FOR DINNER AND INSTEAD OF BAKING OR BROILING IT WITH SEASONING LIKE I ALWAYS DO, I ENDED UP BREADING IT AND FRYING IT SINCE THE REST OF MY FAMILY WAS EATING IT THAT WAY I FOR SOME REASON DECIDED TO JOIN THEM!!!! THEN TO TOP IT OFF I ATE IT TO FAST. SO OF COURSE I ENDED UP
