Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | my favorite water in a bottle is Dasani, but l love water so i can drink any really. The only time i have Crystal light (about a TLB) is in the evening to mix and disolve my meds. It really breaks down the pill. Other wise i only drink wanter.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | If i drink bottled water i prefer Evian or Dasani. But i love water its always been my favorite beverage. I have never liked juice and i used to only drink like 1 coke a week. I have tried Crystal light but i only use it in the evening to disolve my meds.
