Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  I slpurged to award myself. So after my divorce in '95 I could not afford good makeup anymore. Well now remarried and feeling better about myself when I got the "Clinique" makeup offer from Dillards I'm thinkin' "Yep it's time." Especially since I am getting a Turkey wobble instead of a nice smooth neck. So I make my 30 mile trek to the nearest big town, Victoria, about 77,000 people and they have a mall and everything. Cool huh? Well I show the salesgirl (with beautiful skin, hair and body) my neck and after she stops patronizing me with "it don't look bad" . Liar Liar pants on fire! She does bring out this "stuff" that defies gravity. At $52.00 for a thimble, I get a free bag of goodies with the purchase. Well if that is not enough I end up buying new makeup and the whole deal. We will not talk about how much the bar bill was but I am still in shock. That was a week ago and gravity is still winning. Now I know I feel better about my body but I am really worried about my brain. Jeeze! What was I thinking? Oh I have not bought clothes yet and now I am scared to go do that alone but I think my husband realizes now he is better off not taking me to the "BIG TOWN" anyway. Mattie

But i used to drive there and spend 25.00 for mascara. i really dont think it did anything different but i guess it made me feel as if it did. So i think its nice to get something nice once in awhile even if it just makes us feel good
