Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  OMG The Pain Ok so I have been in some major pain since about 2:00 p.m. I called my surgeon and he had me come in. He thinks I am just constipated or I ate something that didnt agree. I feel more constipation then anything. I hurt so bad, anyways he says he doesnt hear a blockage but if I dont feel better in the a.m. to call and he'll send me for a scan. I am trying to use a suppository to help me go poo but so far its not working. I hope I feel better tomorrow |

| Super Moderator  | Try to warm your tummy, if it eases the pain, it probably is still gas/BM that needs to move along some more. Of course, be sure you let your surgeon know as well. (((((HUGS))))

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | The Surgeon told me if it gets worse or continues to go to the ER but he'd rather I wait until he gets in the office at 8:00 a.m. because the wait at the ER is usualy 4-6 hours. I am going to take my sleeping meds and go to bed and hope it goes away overnight |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | just a reminder..not all pain is from the wls..I had that horrible bad bad terrible pain that sent me to the e/r 1.75 yrs out and they told me I was constipated and to go home..well I went home and then the ovarian cyst they didn't do an ultrasound to check, only ruled out appendix issues with a reg. X-ray...well the cyst ruptured. Definitely felt better but the pain leading up to that was definitely bad bad bad. I pray for ya it isn't a blockage!! :::hugs:::
