 |  first Checkup! Everything is Great! Hi Ladies I am so excited I had my first check up today i am 16 Days post op and 18 lbs lighter! YAAAAAYYYYYYYY.....The Doc said I can start eating normal again, but I am so scared to try....What do you guys think? When I say normal I mean my 2 or 3 bites of normal foods....No Sugar! I am afraid to try anything close to sugar. I am also back at work full time. That was a little much on me.

| Super Moderator  | Surgeons have different programs, from what I've been reading, the more recent post ops seem to have a shorter period of liquids and other food stages back up to the normal than before. Just be sure you don't get in low volume-high calorie foods. Make your choice wisely. (((((HUGS)))) and congratulations on your weight loss.
