Canu you have deli meat yet Boots? I have gone with my duaghter to Subway beofre and gotten a kids one and eaten the meat and they also have grilled chicken. I just take a few bites of the bread or just dont eat it like Kenya says.
My backfall meal is always shrimp. I have some in the freezer at all times and then i just saute a few of them up and yummy. But I dont know if you can have that

I read the nutrition chart at Subway just last night....I don't think I saw ANYTHING on there that I was comfortable eating...everything has bread/wraps...or the salads are huge...(but this is where my daughter got oatmeal/raisin cookies & I was begging her for just a crumb of one on the way home!!!)
I feel your pain though....I've been eating 2 meals, drinking one...and dinner always seem to be protein....variety ever so often would be good, huh??
Let me know what you come up with...I'm interested!!

A NEW ME
I CAN PRETTY MUCH TRY ANYTHING NOW. UNFORTUNETLY I FOUND OUT BROCCOLI JUST DOESNT AGREE WITH ME YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW UPSET I AM OVER THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IF ONE OF MY FAVORITE FOODS. BROCCOLI SAUTEED WITH FRESH GARLIC YUM YUM. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I TRIED IT. ILL TRY AGAIN IN A MONTH. ALSO PEANUT BUTTER USED TO BE AN OTHER FAVORITE OF MINE IT AGREES WITH ME BUT I DONT GO GAGA FOR THE TASTE LIKE I USED TO.
ANYWAY "WHATS FOR DINNER". I CAN TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT WHEN IT COMES TO SUBWAY, YEAH I COULD JUST EAT THE MEATS BUT NAHHHH. I DO KEEP SCALLOPS IN THE FREEZER AS MY BACK UP LIKE A NEW ME KEEPS SHRIMP HER FREEZER. I COULD DO THAT OR I CAN DO A BLACK BEAN BURGER WITH SOME OF MY LEFT OVER BEAN CHILI ON TOP OF IT THAT I HAVE DEFROSTING. HMMMM. I JUST RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS FOR EVERYDAY.
BY THE WAY THE OTHER DAY I WAS IN THE STORE AND BOUGHT A CHILI MIX (which i usually dont do cause id rather make it my self from scratch) IT HAD THE SPICES, BEANSM EVERYTHING THE ONLY THING I HAD TO DO WAS ADD WATER AND TOMATOPASTE. IT WAS CALLED BEAR CREEK "DARN GOOD CHILI" I FOUND IT IN THE SOUP SECTION. IT WAS IN A BAG (THE INGREDIENTS ARE DRY) I NEVER TASTED SUCH GOOD CHILI LIKE THIS IN A LONG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND HEALTHY TOO.
1 CUP SERVING
120 CALORIES
1 FAT
23 CARBS
6 FIBERS
6 PROTEINS
ALL I CAN SAY IS YUM YUM!!! AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO LIKE MEAT IN THEIR CHILI THEY SHOW THE SUGGESTION OF ADDING ANY MEAT TO THE MIX.
