Courtney you had surgery 2 days after me and are doing amazing. My Nut told me today I could do salads too, anything goes now and I had a taco salad and ate it with no troubles. I Have only dumped 2 times once was off of a protein shake and the other I cant remember but I can eat sweets with no dumping. You are doing amazing. We all hit stalls as a matter of fact I am on my 2nd stall, the 1st lastest 3 weeks this one 2 weeks so far. Hang in there you will be losing again soon

Edie according to my paperwork I wasnt suppose to but I had an appointment with my Nut yesterday and asked her if I could try it and she said yes. She said no crunchy veggies like carrots though so I just had Lettuce Tomatoes and taco meat with some sour cream and salsa. It sat really well. The lettuce was chopped pretty fine.

Courtneey We Both Had Our Surgery About The Same Time And We Have Lost The Same Amount So I Guess We Are Doing Somthing Right. By The Way I Am Also At A Stall. Iis This Your First Stall, If So Your Lucky. I Have A Few Already. Lol Dont Worry B4 You Know It The Scale Will Be On Its Way Moving Again 45 lbs IN 2 1/2 MONTHS IS PRETTY GOOD HUN
