| Super Moderator | Be sure that you are well hydrated before you start your exercise. It also is better to have eaten prior to exercising. The best timing is starting exercise at around 30 mins to 1 hour after eating. Morning to late afternoon is the best time.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | My deep water aerobics is 7 to 8 at night and our weekly swim is at night too. I used to like doing my work outs in the late morning, but I worked second shift so I had my mornings free. I guess what ever works for you sometimes you dont have much of a choice just so you do it. And just like Doc said make sure you have eaten first and keep hydrated.
