i truly believe first thing in the morning. i have tried all times. morning, afternoon and night. night time exercise keeps me awake. afternoon i just cant get in to, but morning sets the tone for my day. wheni exercise in the morning it actually gives me energy for some reason and it lasts thru the day and i sleep better at night. i know im nuts...you dont have to tell me

Same here, first thing in the morning! I tend to have more energy throughout the day. But, I know some that live for it at night. i suppose that it really depends on each person.

Thanks guys,thats what i was thinking to, if i wait till i get home, feed everyone, i am ready to drop as it is, I will start getting up like an hour early, my mom just bought me a recumbent bike on thursday, it even came with a set of hand weights

Trust Me Hun Do It In The Morning And Get It Over With!!! Plus It Will Set Your Day Right Like Kenya And Kim Are Saying. Be sure that you are well hydrated before you start your exercise. It also is better to have eaten prior to exercising. The best timing is starting exercise at around 30 mins to 1 hour after eating. Morning to late afternoon is the best time.

My deep water aerobics is 7 to 8 at night and our weekly swim is at night too. I used to like doing my work outs in the late morning, but I worked second shift so I had my mornings free. I guess what ever works for you sometimes you dont have much of a choice just so you do it. And just like Doc said make sure you have eaten first and keep hydrated.
