Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Looking For New Ideas On What To Eat? Well Tonight I Made Chicken Parm. Yummmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!! Let Me Tell You This Sat Sooooooooooooo Well In My Tummy!!!! First Off I Like To Use The Thin Chicken Cutlets I Dont Like Them Thick And I Also Used Mozzerella Cheese Made With Part Skim Milk And Sauce And Yes I Did Bread The Chicken VERY LIGHTLY. This Was So Good I Was So Excited And My Pouch Loved It Also. I Even Have Some Leftovers For Tomorrow. Usually Leftovers Arent Good With Me But I Think This Should Be Good Because Its Sitting In A Little Sauce To Stay Soft. AND ITS LOADED WITH PROTEIN FROM THE CHEESE AND CHICKEN |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | You Should. I Buy My Chicken At The Butcher So Its Easy If I Just Ask To Purchase One Piece. And If You Dont Have A Butcher Then Just Cook One Piece Of Meat And Put The Rest In The Freezer For When Your Ready To Cook The Rest. Plus It Will Give You Somthing To Do. True There Are Times Food Is Wasted But You Know What I Have Gotten To The Point Where I Dont Care Anymore It Will Be Like This For The Rest Of Our Life So We Might As Well Enjoy What We Have. Its Not All A Waste Because You Are Still Not Buying As Much Food As You Used To. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | very true. my grocery bill went from over 200 every two weeks to less than 50. may not seem like a lot. but its just me and kayla. and we used to eat A LOT of junk. i brought her in to work with me the other day just to say hi, and everybody said shes slimming down too. we dont eat junk food at all anymore. this surgery really is the best thing. i suppose if i ever move, when i get settled i will cook again. i want new pots and pans; small ones, so i dont get overwhelmed. and i will only eat off saucers. i never realized what a big deal stuff like that was to me....im nuts i know |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Yes Ms Vickey I Have Noticed This Too. But It Depends On What It Is. Like Soups Are Ok, Chili, Chicken Par Anything With A Sauce So The Food Is Wet Is Usually Ok Most Of The Time. But Everyone Is Different |
