i was thinking about those but i didnt know if they had added sugars and what not. i will check them out in the freezer section at my grocery store. it sounds like a good idea. ive never put them in my shake before.

The protein drink I found actually tastes like chocolate milk so I don't add anything. It tastes awesome. I just pour it over a glass full of ice.

Thank you all for the great advice. I am excited to maybe try the strawberrys in a protein shake. I never thought of that. I am sure they dont look to good around here anymore but will try the frozen unsweetend ones.

you can get frozen ones without sugar. I am sure you will be able to find some.

no idea how terry, it just DOES. LOL! especially when you stall, it helps start you up losing again. i dont know the reason. i just know it worked for me.
