Im Surprized You Have The Room For The Salad Or Are You Eating The Salad At The Same Time As Your Protein? You Should Only Eat Your Protein First With All Meals. When I Was At Your Stage I Struggled To Fit All My Protein In.
Its Funny Because I Was Just Asking Everyone At My Surgeons Office About Salad Yesterday Because I Want Some So Bad. Most Of Them Tried It At 6 Months Out. I Guess I Can Wait An Other 3 Months
