Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass    |  6 Month Surgical Follow Up It went well. i let the dr know that we were not going to argue  and he saw it my way LOL!he wanted me to start thinking about maintenance. i said no. he said ok. i am to check in with him in 3 months because of this. otherwise i would not have to see him until my 1 year anniversary. i am not too sure what the concern is. but none the less he wants me to check in in january. so january it is!! everything else is great. he is pleased with my progress. my nut says i need to try to eat my way up to 1/2 a cup by my next appt. we'll see about that  i did discuss the depression/ mood swings with them. apparently this is becoming more common? he said he was aware and generally waits for the patient to bring it to his attn. he did advise me to see my pcp for a script if it begins to affect my life; i. e. staying home from work, not eating  , not sleeping etc...for now i am ok. i have plenty of energy. im eating. im drinking. and i am 80, YES THATS RIGHT EIGHTY LBS LIGHTER!!!!!!! WOOOOHOOOOOOO!
