 |  I'm home, now sitting on loser's bench!
Hi all. Thanks for all your prayers and support. I cannot tell you how relaxed I was coming home last night versus how uptight I was on Monday morning. I am doing well. I know I will be taking it easy for the next few days, but I am so ready to see the scales go down. I just took some pain meds so I am not going to stay on long, just wanted to say hi and thanks!
Michelle--Thanks for keeping everyone up to date and for calling me. Good luck to you, too, Monday is coming fast for you.

Congratulations on joining the Loser's Bench.
Take things easy for a while, and please remember that your insides including your pouch needs 3-4 months to heal completely and regain their functions.
Also, it's best not to watch how the scale moves, because you are going to have ups and downs, often you come home from the hospital on the upside because of the fluids that have gone into you during the surgery. Stay off the scales until your next visit to the surgeon, and concentrate on getting in the fluids now, and protein later on.
