Default Breakfast Cerial Recommendations?

I'm cleared for breakfast cerial as of next week and to be honest, I'm really needing some help on the fiber front anyway. I'm keeping up with my water intake but still need a bit of help to make sure I don't get constipated. I had an umbilical hernia repair with the WLS - constipation isn't good for either.

I liked Fiber One Original prior to surgery - but I'm wondering whether there's anything else worth a look at.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I found the Special K with protein (10 g for 3/4 cup) Its not bad and good with some sliced strawberries but you do need to add a little sweetner to it. I also have had Honey Bunches of Oats, not too high in sugars and it doesn't need any sweetners.

Thanks for the advice on Special K Protein. Unfortunately, I'm needing to add some fiber to my diet - hence the Fiber One cereal.

At the moment, I'm using a stool softener daily with Benefiber and I'm still prone to constipation.

I don't eat any carbs throughout the day so my NUT isn't concerned about those in a low fat, low sugar cereal.
