Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass     |  6months after my surgery I had my 6month check up on Wednesday and i am doing great. am 5 1/2 lbs from loosing 100 lbs and 71/2 lbs from being under 300 lbs. i do not even remember the last time i was under 3oolbs am at the lowest weight i haver been in at least 15 years. i have so much more energy am walking better. i eat better and i want to do more things now. before i couldn't get to end my drive way i was always tired all the time and just never wanted to do things. i hate for no reason and was so unhappy. when i first had my surgery i pushed my self to get out and walk i live about 1 mile form my church and i would walk there every day and rest and come home it use to take me after my surgery abut an hour cause i was always tired and achy . i have lot back problems that still bother but the other day i started volunteer work there. we have a christain school in are church and i walked there it took me only 13 1/2 minutes 6 month ago i could of never done that. i fund i lie myself so much better and don't mind looking at my picture any more when i see the results the picture i got on here now i copied from a picture on to my camera the one is me at 402 lbs 1 month before my surgery the other one was taken 2 days before my 6 month at my 6 month check up that when i seen the difference other kept saying i looked good for the first time i felt good about me.   |

| Way To Go! Franny, You are doing one HECK of a job. You, for sure, have listened to what the surgeon, dietician, and whoever else has given you things needed to be done to truly be a success. I am so very very darn awful proud of you. It does take work, but just the way you are talking, you have that certain stamina needed to become, and STAY, a new person. You look absolutely wonderful.
