| Don't you hate taking a few bites...
and thinking ALL IS WELL....then it starts....a slight creep, and you silently pray it's not what you think......then all of the sudden.....
FULL BLOWN FOAMIES!!!!
(with something you've eaten before and had NO trouble with?)
I swear....just when I think I have this sucker all figured out, it sneaks up and bites me in the butt.....

The couple of times it happened to me, I was at work and had to literally walk off from somebody in the middle of the sentence to make sure I made it to the restroom in time. Those things are awful and you can't ever figure them out. Part of it, I guess???

I totally agree, it usually happens like Kenya said when I dont chew things up good enough, it's bad enought that you just get the taste of something and its good and then you have to stop because there is no more room, you dont get to enjoy it.

The key is to try and not let yourself get too hungry, so you don't tend to eat faster. This has only happened to me a few dozen times or so.....LOL. I know it is not fun, it does still happen to me after all this time. The difference is now I know why I get sick lsometimes it is eating to fast or wrong food choice. Hang in there, it only gets better.

I have a question relating to eating. How long does it take approximately that it will be worth the money of going out to eat? Right now, I almost feel it's a waste since I can only eat a few bites and I'm full.

that's the thing..I chewed it to mush and was eating slowly!!!!! UGHHHHHH
Christy...hubs & I eat out all the time...I've had BBQ, chinese, italian, lots of stuff...I usually ask to order off seniors/kids menu...or hubs orders a larger dinner & an extra plate!
If I do order a full size meal, I take what I can't eat home and it will last a couple of days!

There is always leftovers. Which alot of people dont do well with leftovers. I am ok with most of them. Or I bring them home for the hubby or kids. I have also heard lch and Kim talk about how their surgeons gave them a card that they can show at restruants to get a kid meal or etc...that explains they have had surgery. My surgeon did not do this but what a great idea.
