Russ and I just went to an amazing rooftop party on Saturday night....furthermore, it was a Masquerade Ball!! Tooooo FUN! And what an amazing date night! (We splurged on a babysitter...nice restaurant - Zagats rated LaCaverna...and he even took me for coffee before we headed home on the train!)
Honestly this was an amazing date night....and celebration for my 18mos post op!!
I couldn't bring myself to pay the $20-$50 for a nice mask...so I made ours....and honestly I like them better than any I saw at the party!! While I did my 'Saturday afternoon craft' - Isabella was making a "Mask Parade" mask for herself!! (every time I said the word "masquerade" - she'd say, "NO MOMMY, 'MASK-PARADE!!' tooo cute!! )
PLEASE SHARE YOURS!!! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM OF YOU...AND/OR YOUR KIDS!!! (I'm making our costumes for Halloween this week....our two fun parties are this weekend...so I've got to get MOVING!)
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
Hey Deb.......Thanks for sharing the photos. Very cool and your crafty too. Me I do scrabook but making Halloween costumes is way too much for me. I will post some photos of my kiddies soon. We just got costumes the other night. I am actually doing a work charity event next weekend and I will take a photo of my lovely costume too. You will get a kick out of it. Thanks again for sharing.
Ooooh, cute!! Bella did hers by herself? She sure inherited her talent from her Mommy.
Kath, your daugter is beautiful, you must be batting boys away left and right to keep her safe.
Looking forward to everybody's Halloween pics.

KATH - WOw.....your daughter is not only cute....but, she is GORGEOUS...and in NO WAY looks 13!!! You are probably "BEATING" the boys off with a stick!!!!
DOC - Yes!!.... Bell did make her mask (except glueing the feathers - I had to use hot glue b/c elmers craft glue wasn't doing the trick...but I just glued it where she originally put it! - she's now added some more....too funny!)
Thanks EVERYONE for your sweet comments! You all are sooo fun!! Can't wait to see everyone's pictures!!!!
