Today is my 6 month surgiversary and I am proud to say that I am 115 pounds lighter than when I began this journey. I am attaching a pic taken this A.M. at work and later I will, with the help of Deb, post a current comparison shot. I want to take a pic with my camera at home so I can have it too.

I will be back later for my reflections on my 6 month journey, just know that this would not have been easy without the support I receive on this board. Even if I don't respond daily, I try and read often.


Did ya'll notice my size 20 outfit, compliments of our very own Jill, she is such an angel!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
