IM ONLY LOSING 2lbs A WEEK EVERY WEEK FOR THE LONGEST TIME NOW. IS THIS NORMAL? IT SEEMS VERY SLOW FOR SOMEONE ONLY 3.5 MONTHS OUT WHAT WILL HAPPENED WHEN IM 6 MONTHS OUT?!?!?!

THIS UPSETS ME VERY VERY MUCH BECAUSE I WORK SOOOOOOOOOOOOO HARD AT LOSING THIS WEIGHT. THE ONLY THING I HAVE SLACKED ON THIS WEEK IS THE GYM AND THAT IS BECAUSE I INJURED MY KNEE. I STILL HAVE SOOOOOOO MUCH MORE WEIGHT TO LOSE

I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND THIS AT ALL.
