Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  It been a while. Hi everybody, Its been a while since I have been on. I try to keep up to date but last few weeks have been busy. I got 2, 6 week old puppies last week. That will keep you busy just in its self. I joined a health club 3 weeks ago. Started seeing a personal trainer. I just did not really understand how out of shape I am until I started working out. It has been 20 years since I worked out regularly. I reached a milestone of sorts. I am down 75 lbs since May. I reached a negative milestone also. For the first time since my surgery I had the misfortune of an angry pouch.  I think I ate too fast. Also trying to swallow my food whole didn't help. It has happened 4 or 5 times. I keep saying I will be more careful. I never want that feeling again. I truly understand the ups and downs for this journey. I have all of you to thank for that. Your stories of hope, insperation and let downs are valuable to all of us I beleive. Just wanted to drop everybody a line. Keep the Faith. Thanks again. Tony Rich.
