Default Maybe Dehydration!

Hey everybody! been a few days since I have been online. Work seems to keep me pretty busy here lately. New Boss! I hope everyone is feeling well and healthy!

I was wondering if anyone experiances lightheadness? I am. Everytime I bend over or get up too fast. I am trying so hard to drink enough water everyday. bottles is the max I have gotten in on a day so far. Thats 60 oz. So i don't feel like it should be dehydration.

My husband is a special op's Combat paramedic and he saids I am dehydrated. But I just don't see how this could be possible.

Any ideas?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

If I had to make a guess honey its your blood pressue dropping. This can happen no matter what age you are or what weight you are. Are you one blood pressue meds? If so let your Dr know what is going on so he can adjust them. If not.. slow down and take it easy.

Doc will be in shortly im sure and can explain this much better than myself right now. There was a post in here just a couple weeks ago about the same thing. I think Kenya is the one that started the post. Let me go look and see if i can find it or not and then link it in. It can give you alot of info.

It is low blood pressure, I have been having this since the surgery, you just have to be careful to take it slow when getting up or out of bed, and if you bend over. There is a medical word for this in a post from awhile back, which i cant remember, but it meant low blood pressure from changing position too fast!

Orthostatic hypotension.
Since your husband is a medic, he may be able to explain.
Actually, there have been several threads on this subject, so if you do a search with the word, the threads should come up.
If not, I'll come back to explain later, as I don't have the time right now.

i also get dizzy alot. i know i get enough water. i have never had blood pressure problems. never been on meds for it. but for some reason last week when i went to my family dr. for blood work my blood pressure numbers were both below 100, she asked me if it has always been that low. i told her its always been low but not that low. so i dont know what that is from.
