Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I saw this last night on the show too. And Kat I tried Yoga years ago when I was heavy and it wanst a good experience. But maybe now it would be better. I heard that so many people really enjoy it and its good for you and its de-stressing too.

No I don't but just picked up a dvd for level one yesterday. I know someone who does and she is looking good and feeling great. She doesn't have a weight issue but I swear she looks 10 years younger.

I saw this on the show last night. I actually watched it on the tv that was mounted to the stationary bike I was riding at the gym while I did my own workout. Talk about motivation.

Julie and her partner (what was his name?) won the cars. I was so excited for her because she's the one that had given up her vehicle to be able to stay home from work with her babies. I was even crying for her.

They have YOGA classes up at the Y....I had been thinking about doing one to see if I like it! I've heard great things about YOGA...maybe I'll give it a try!
