Default Another Night at the Gym

Well, I did it for the 2nd night in a row. I was so proud of myself. I went to the gym last night, but whereas I did 32 mins of cardio on Monday night, last night I rode the stationary bike for 1 hour straight. I felt so good this morning. I won't be going to the gym tonight because I'm taking my daughter to our fall festival at church, but I'll be back at it tomorrow night.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Chirsty good for you. Way to go. Your doing a super job and 1 hour on the bike is grat considering those seats are not the most comfortable things around.

keep up the great work and attitude.

Kathy, stay focused and you will eventually make it to the gym.

Sherrie, you are right, my bottom was hurting so bad when I got off, I had to have been walking funny. I felt like I had a great workout though.

I'm feeling good about things except for the fact that I am still stalled. I have quit weighing except that I weighed this morning just to see if the stall had broken and it had not. I am so devastated. I am almost scared to death this thing isn't working for me.

Awee its working. Its good you have a gym you can go to. Me i dont have one unless I drive a hour each way. It will all come with time. Leave the scales alone dear. Its hard I know but put them up or send them home with someone and pay a every 2 week visit. Your doing great.

Vickie, I was weighing everyday and haven't weighed in a week. I had put the scales outside in storage, but I just got them and weighed this morning to see if the stall had broken. Like I said, it hadn't. I just don't understand why I am stalled now for 3 1/2 weeks. And you say you think it's working???

Have you taken measurements? 10-to-1, you have lost inches...I know even in a stall, my clothes start getting loose!

Sherrie, my hubby had hid the scales. Then he brought them back in to weigh. Then I took them outside to the storage. I went and got them this morning to weigh just to see if the stall had broken. I am taking them back outside when I get home.

And yes, I know I have lost inches in those 3 1/2 weeks, but I still want this stall thing to be over. Tell me the truth, are the rest of them on this journey 4 weeks long as well?

I had about a 3 week stall....I lost 25 pounds the first 3 weeks...doc said I was quite a bit AHEAD of the game....what that really means....is I've only lost 37 more in the last 2 months....not even 20 pounds each month....

The first stall nearly killed me...you can ask anyone here...I was posting like crazy and going nuts....it has certainly slowed down now, and I've gotten adjusted to it...we get used to seeing high numbers early out, and it's hard when it slows down...but as Doc says....10 pounds/mo over 12 months = 120 pounds...I'll take that!!!
