Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  New flavor I found protein drink A long time ago my girl Friendly  on here gave me the hook up and told me about the EAS advantedge corb control protein drinks and i have been using them since my surgery date I have been drinking the dark chocolate one. Well last night i was out with my sister and we stoped at a supper market a few towns away and I happen to see these same EAS Protein drinks and i was like mabie i will pic up a case well im here when i bent down to look at the flavors so i could get my same boring dark chocolate I spotted the one I got EAS -AsvantEdge carb control protein flavor is cafe caramel (OMG GOOD  )Is like iced coffee Im not a coffee drinker by no means but this is out of this world for a protein drink. shhhhhh!  I think i just found my new addiction  calories 110 total fat 3 carbohydrates 3 sugars 1 protein 17 this is bye fare the best protein drink that i have had so far I just thought i would share

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I drink the Isopure cookies and cream flavor. There is 50 grams of protein and 210 calories in 2 scoops. So I have 1 scoop in the morning and 1 at night. I drink it with skim milk, which gives me even more protein. It says to drink it with water which I haven't tried yet. I really like it. It's not thick but I find it flavorful. Besides its a ton of protein to get really quick.
