Lisa, My doc says the same thing........not to count calories, just make sure that I get my protein in and water. Works for me, I hate counting calories!

I think it might be something else. I have had the same problem and when I really thought about it I wasn't hungry - I just wanted to eat. Remember we always went to food for comfort, boredom, happiness etc etc etc. When you are that hungry try to divert your mind - get on the computer, take a bath, go for a walk or eat something sf (I love sf pudding - the carmael is yum and the new chocolate mint is really good too and it has only 60 calories. Remind yourself of all the work you have done. Kyle

Thanks Kyle I Was Trying To Do Things To Get My Mind Of It. Lol But Guess What It Was Tom. Because Now Im Fine Again. No More Monster Inside Me And Appetite Is Starting To Get Real Small Which Means Tom Should Be Here Anyday Now. I Get Hungry Wk B4 And Then Day B4 Or Day Of I Lose Appetite For Few Days. But Guess What I Ended Up Losing 5 Lbs This Wk And I Usually Only Lose 2 A Wk. So It Paid Off To Be A Hungry Monster!!! One Thing Though I Did Stay With Healthy Stuff Though
