Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

i'd puyt money on it that its TOM related. for some reason we get this bottomless pit type of hunger, lie you could eat WAY MORE than you could last week. and then next week you probably wont be able to eat barely anything.

i bet its TOM. it's the devil....LOL!

welll of course im not a dr but for one you arent always going to eat the same amount forever and ever. maybe what was holding you a month ago isnt enough. and theres nothing wrong with that at all.

i dont think you are stretching it. if you arent eating to the point where you puke, and this only lasts a week, i cant see how you would be doing damage. i swear i think its TOM. i go thru the same thing every month...the week before i am a garbage disposal, the week of i mostly drink cause i cant get anything in, and the two weeks left i am "normal" whatever that is post op LOL!

finally, if you are hungry, please please please eat. restricting yourself will only make it worse. you are doing so well. theres no way you could stay at 750 calories and continue to lose if your body needs more. you will stall out again for sure.

these are just my own thoughts. im not professing to be an expert or anything. maybe doc can help out??

i get nervous all the time. i keep saying to myself, "just like all the other times im gonna be at goal for a day and start regaining the very next day" but i realized i cannot life with that fear. i have to just do my best every day. and if i screw up theres always tomorrow. we honestly have to think about the future at some point.

i used to see someone posting on here bragging about what she could eat and how she'd been below goal for a year etc....funny how she doesnt post anymore. i wonder what happend????? LOL! we have to think about the future not just getting to goal. we will keep eachother in check. thats what support is all about.

keep the faith Edie!! You are now equipped with all the knowledge needed to continue to make this work!! You've done great!

I think we all have this thought...wondering...will I slip back into old habits? I plan on continuing my current plan for as long as necessary..and my days usually consist of 500 calories...and only 3 meals...I eat 2 and drink 1. I only snack on occasion. Will that change over time? Possibly, but I know the plan to return to down the road.

This journey gets us working the plan for a while, and as long as we keep that in mind & commit to it, the long term success should follow!

i think that if you eat a little and after an hour you feel hungry eat small portions and divided into 5 meals per day like when you are veggie you eat every 1 hour or 2 drink your vitamins. i was veggie trying to loosing weight i really quit but i think is like the same because your body is absorbing small amount of proteins. best advise ask your doctor and be strong yu look gorgeous

Edie, I was just talkingn with my husband about this very thing. At times, I can eat more than I ever thought that I could and then others, I can only handle an ounce or 2. Its quite normal I suppose. You are doing fine...just keep it up.
