| Whipper Snapper | Poopoo, I Am Excited For You As Well, I Have Just Started On This Path Also.. I Have Done My Blood Work And Ekg So Far.. On The 26th-27th Nov. Everthing Else Will Be Done (deititian, Behavioral Couseling, Surgeon Orientaion, And The Individual Surgeon Visit).. I Was Told After That They Will Submit The Info. To My Insurance For Approval... I Will Pray For You...that Everything Goes Well..keep Us Posted |

SO I HAD MY FIRST APPOINTMENT TODAY AND I HAVE TO DUE THE SOUTH BEACH DIET FOR 6 TO 8 WEEKS AND START CHEWABLE MULTI VITAMINS AND EXCERCISE IMMEDIATELTLY ALONG WITH DIET AND EXCERCISE LOGS WITH A TON OF OTHER APPOINTMENTS EGD , 24 HR URINE CORTISOL ,SLEEP STUDY, ETC. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T DUE TODAY IS P.T EVAL . BECAUSE THE THERAPIST CALLED IN I WILL DUE THAT ON THE 7TH OF DECEMBER WHEN I MEET WITH THE NUTRITIONIST AGAIN THEN ON JANUARY 7TH I MEET WITH THE SURGEREON  OH YEAH! WHEN SHE WEIGHED  ME I WAS DOWN FROM 289 TO 278 JUST FROM CHANGING MY DIET ALITTLE NO FAST FOOD NO POP OR SODA AS MOST OF YOU CALL IT AND TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY HOME COOKED MEALS , THAT HAS ONLY BEEN SINCE 1ST OF OCTOBER REALLY
