I have had the same problem since surgery - I use the stool softeners and miralax almost daily - if I go more than two days I have to use the oil suppositories so i know what your discomfort is about. I have also tried the fiber choice chewables - I discussed this with the nutritionist the other day and she said to cut back on the vitamins since I am 9 weeks out and that banana's can sometimes cause problems so I have switched to blueberries Judy
