Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Pouch reset test So, how is everyone doing on this program. I am on day 3. Day 2 was hard - I was so hungry (I wasn't so much hungry as wanting to eat). Today I had a scrambled egg. It was OK. Tunafish for lunch. Looks like I'm down about 3 lbs and a new low of 84 lbs. YEAH!! Question can you continue to eat sf pudding and jello or just what it on day 3?

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass     |  okay well im redoing it being i had gone out saturday night to a halloween ghala event that was adults. I splurged and had coctails and ate...so the food had more carbs then i would normally do. I will say this monday is far easy cause my pouch is somewhat reset from last week but i want to keep in control and i did go off the pouch rules saturday! good luck to u!
